The kitchen is equipped with a stove with oven, coffee machine and all kitchen utensils. From here you can access the sunny terrace with a view of the vineyards. The bedroom is furnished with a 1.60m wide box spring bed, clothes rail and an open hanging shelf. The brightly tiled bathroom has a shower, shelf and a toilet. In the spacious storage room accessible from the living room there is a washing machine/dryer. The room can also be used as an additional dressing room.The stated rent includes a flat rate of 250€ for operating costs. If 2 people rent the apartment, the rental price increases by €60/month. Regular cleaning can be booked for an additional charge. When moving out, a final cleaning will be deducted from the deposit depending on the effort involved. Parking is possible on the property in front of the entrance to the apartment. A garage can be used for a fee, depending on availability and after consultation with the landlord. A charging station for electric vehicles is also available (use is not included in the rental price). The Old Main Bridge and the city center are about a 15-minute walk away. In summer, the apartment is only rented to weekend commuters.
