Light-flooded, furnished 2-room apartment in a loft-like style in Großostheim's Ringheim district.
The approx. 80 m² attic apartment, which has tiled floors, is located on the second floor of a three-family house. The living and dining area is furnished with a wardrobe, two sofas with a coffee table, an armchair with a footstool, two sideboards, a cupboard, and a dining table with two chairs. The bright fitted kitchen, which is integrated into the living room, is equipped with a ceramic hob with an oven, a kettle, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and all kitchen utensils. It also includes a display cabinet and a chest of drawers. The cozy bedroom is furnished with a 1.40 m wide bed with a bedside table (a 1.40 m mattress, duvet, and pillows must be provided by the tenant), a spacious wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. From here, you can access the modern, tiled bathroom with natural light, which has a bathtub, shower, and toilet. The washing machine is located in a separate laundry room.
