The furniture in the open living area consists of a 1.40m wide bed, a wardrobe, a sofa bed with coffee table and a sideboard with flat screen TV. There is also a small dining and work table with two chairs. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet. In the basement there are two coin-operated washing machines and a dryer for shared use.
The indicated rental includes 180€ operating fee.
When moving out, a final cleaning will be charged with the deposit depending on the effort.
