Wiesbaden main station, stores for daily needs and the city center are within walking distance. The location offers quick access to the A66 and A643. The Reisinger facilities are in the immediate vicinity for recreation.
The living and dining room is furnished with two leather armchairs, a dining table and a chest of drawers.
In the bedroom there is a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a desk and a large closet.
The modern and as good as new fitted kitchen with dishwasher is fully equipped. The washing machine is located here and is available to the tenant.
The bathroom with daylight has a shower.
Bed linen and towels are provided for the tenant. A cleaning service is obligatory once a month and is included in the rent. When moving out, a final cleaning fee of 200 euros will be charged with the deposit.
A port for internet is available, but no internet contract is included in the rental price.
