The Wiesbaden main train station, public transport and all stores for daily needs as well as laundromats are within walking distance. The location offers quick access to the B54 and B455. The spa park is located in the nearby area for recreation.

The living room and bedroom is furnished with a single bed (90 x 200 cm), a desk, a closet, a sideboard with flat screen TV, a small dining table, a single kitchen and a shower cabin with sink.

Through the hallway, out of the apartment, you can get to the private toilet with natural light.

Bed linen and towels must be brought by the tenant. Upon moving out, a final cleaning fee of 100 euros will be charged with the deposit. A port for internet is available, but no internet contract is included in the rental price.
