This exclusive, very high-quality 3.5 maisonette apartment in a two-family house style is located in a quiet area and in a cul-de-sac with only 3 single-family houses in the beautiful Altweil district of Weil am Rhein. The apartment offers a very spacious living/dining area, two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a guest WC and an outdoor seating area as well as a storage room and a utility room.
