This beautiful shared room is located on the upper floor of a detached house very centrally in Binzen. The room offers a single bed (090/200), a 2-seater sofa and a closet. The kitchen, the living and dining room, the two bathrooms and the terrace are shared rooms. There are only 2 shared rooms in the house, each for 1 person. The remaining private rooms as well as the common rooms and the kitchen (not the bathrooms) are used by the owners/family from time to time with up to 4 people. The eat-in kitchen is located on the ground floor and is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. On the upper floor is the very spacious living/dining room. This includes a 2-seater sofa, two TV armchairs and another comfortable leather armchair. The dining room has a cozy corner bench where 6 people can sit down to eat. From here you can access the large terrace and the covered, sheltered area. Both daylight bathrooms are located on this floor. The smaller bathroom has a shower and WC - the larger one has a bathtub and washing machine. W-Lan is available. Parking is available in front of the house from 19.00 - 08.00 or in the side streets without time limit. The shared room can be rented by 1 person for 725 Euro/month incl. additional costs. The final cleaning is charged at a flat rate of 80 euros.

The deposit is negotiable and is between 1 and 3 months rent.
