The fitted kitchen is fully equipped including microwave and fridge/freezer. The bathroom offers a shower and has a small tilting window in the glass wall for ventilation. Washing machine and dryer are available in the laundry room for shared use. Parking is available on the street. Keeping pets and smoking in the flat is not allowed. The flat can be rented by 1 person for 640 Euro/month incl. utilities and plus electricity (consumption is calculated via an individual meter).
