The landline telephone is connected and has a flat rate for Germany. International calls, as well as cell phone and special numbers are billed separately with the landlord. The apartment can be rented by two people for 1430 euros, for each additional person there is a surcharge of 100 euros/month. Intermediate cleaning by arrangement and final cleaning are charged at 15 euros/hour.
