The apartment has a French bed (140/200), a sofa, a dining table, a TV set, a closet and a single kitchen. The bathroom offers a modern shower (installation 2020) and a washing machine. This apartment can be rented by 1 person for 895 euros/month incl. utilities for 3 months. An extension is possible after consultation with the landlords. Proof of liability from the tenant is required. The residential area on the Rhine is very quiet. Nevertheless, everything can be reached on foot in 5 minutes: a large shopping center on Zollstrasse with many stores, catering facilities, cinema, fitness center, pharmacy, etc. Transport: the direct streetcar connection to Basel city center is very convenient. Parking is available in the nearby Rheincenter parking garage (free of charge). However, due to border traffic, public transport is preferable for the journey to work. Internet is included in the rental price. The final cleaning is charged at 20 Euro/hour.
