The kitchen is functionally furnished. The interior bathroom has a bathtub and a toilet. Another room is mainly used by the landlady herself, so access to the flat should be possible for the landlady. A laundry room with washing machine is available. The flat can be rented by one person for 765.- Euro incl. service charges plus electricity. A further person is possible for a short period of time, a longer stay has to be arranged with the landlady and a surcharge has to be paid. The final cleaning service on moving out is charged at 15 Euros per hour. The 14-day interim cleaning service is charged at 60 euros per month. Parking is available on the street.
