The detached house with terrace and garden has a living space of approx. 80 m².

The open kitchen is equipped with a fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, cutlery, crockery, coffee machine, kettle and all cooking utensils. In the adjoining living room there is a dining table with four chairs and a chest of drawers.

The living room is furnished with a sofa, a side table, a chest of drawers with a TV and a Swedish stove for heating. The necessary wood is provided by the landlord and stored in the shed in the garden. There is a charge of €150.00 per cubic meter of wood.

From here you enter the hallway with guest WC and stairs to the upper floor.

On the second floor there is a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a small wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The bathroom is equipped with a corner bathtub, shower, toilet, washbasin and a small cupboard for towels.

There is no washing machine in the house. A laundry service is available on request for a small fee.

Two parking spaces are available at the house.

There is a surcharge of € 80.00 for a second person.

Rental price incl. flat-rate service charges, incl. GEZ, plus electricity.

Final cleaning costs according to expenditure, 34,90 Euro/h net.
