Parquet flooring has been laid in the living rooms. The living room is furnished with a sofa, coffee table and sideboard with TV. There is space for a dining table with four chairs in the spacious hallway. Two bedrooms and a daylight bathroom with bathtub, shower and washbasin are accessible via the hallway. A 160 cm bed and a wardrobe are provided. The other rooms are furnished as dressing rooms and guest rooms. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartment. Crockery and cooking utensils are provided. Bed linen, pillows, duvet and towels can be brought by the tenant.

Due to the central location, parking is only possible with difficulty or with a resident"s permit. Final cleaning is charged at cost (34.90 euros/hour net).
