Apartment is modern and very stylishly furnished. It has a high-quality bed couch, leather armchair, flat screen TV, built-in cabinet and a round white dining table. There is also a bunk bed with spring mattress (1.40x2.00m), which is accessible via a ladder (use at personal risk).

The modern kitchenette is integrated into the living room and is completely equipped with a coffee maker.

Bathroom has a shower and toilet.

Ironing board, iron and vacuum cleaner are available for use as well as two washing machines and a dryer. All is located in the basement.
