The house is only a ten-minute walk from the Goldberg S-Bahn station. The bus stop is right outside the door, the thermal baths are right next door and the Böblingen outdoor pool is opposite.

Room is furnished with queen size bed (140x200), desk, armchair and built-in cabinet.

The spacious eat-in kitchen with dishwasher and living room with TV have to be shared with three other tenants.

Washing machine is located on the second floor in a separate storage room.

The final cleaning fee is EUR 80.00.

Bi-weekly cleaning service for shared rooms/areas (only floors) and a monthly cleaning service for floor in the room is included in monthly rent. Bed linen, towels and bedding (pillow and blanket) must be brought by the tenant or can be provided by the landlord for an extra charge of EUR 50.00.

Internet (WiFi) is included in monthly rent.

Parking space may be rented, based on availability, for EUR 25.00 per month.

Bicycles can be parked in the bicycle rack outside.
