The living room is furnished with a comfortable beige big sofa, 2 black side tables, sideboard with flatscreen TV, shelves and a fireplace.

The adjoining dining room with a large dining table, 6 chairs and a black shelf invites you to relax.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), 2 bedside cabinets, sideboard and a walk-in dressing room with 5-door closet, metal shelves and shoe storage system.

The 2nd bedroom with large window front has a double bed (2x2 m), bedside cabinets, 2-door closet, chest of drawers and a desk with upholstered chair.

The separate fitted kitchen is equipped with all utensils for daily use such as ceramic hob with extractor fan, eye-level oven, dishwasher, washer-dryer, free-standing fridge-freezer, multi-purpose cupboard, cooking utensils, coffee machine, kettle, etc.
The small balcony with 2 stools is quietly located here facing the inner courtyard.
