The furniture of the living room consists of a light gray corner couch, black coffee table, sideboard with flatscreen TV, desk and a dining table with 2 chairs.

The bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed (1.60x2.00 m), 2 bedside cabinets, sideboard and a closet.

The white fitted kitchen is equipped with all utensils for daily use: 2-plate ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, cooking utensils, coffee machine, kettle, etc.

The brightly tiled daylight bathroom has a bathtub with shower, washbasin with mirror and vanity unit, washing machine and a toilet.

In the hallway there is a wardrobe, shoe cupboard and a storage area for additional storage space.

Parking spaces are available in front of the house subject to availability.
Shopping facilities are within walking distance.

When moving out, a final cleaning fee of approx. 180.00 € will be charged at cost.
