The shared eat-in kitchen is equipped with all utensils for daily use such as ceramic hob with extractor fan, oven, crockery, fridge-freezer, microwave, cooking utensils, coffee machine, kettle, etc. There is also a dining table with 3 chairs.

The brightly tiled bathroom has a shower, washbasin with mirror and vanity unit, heated towel rail and a toilet.

In the hallway there is a checkroom and access to the terrace, which invites you to relax with a table and benches.

Residential/parking spaces are available in front of the house subject to availability.
