The brightly tiled bathroom has a shower, washbasin with mirror and vanity unit, heated towel rail and a toilet.

In the hallway there is a checkroom and access to the terrace, which invites you to linger with a table and benches.

Residential/parking spaces are available in front of the house subject to availability.
