The 3rd room is currently furnished with a shelf and a chest of drawers with Flatscreen TV. An additional bed is possible by arrangement.

The separate fitted kitchen is equipped with all utensils for daily use, such as ceramic hob with extractor fan, oven, dishwasher, fridge, cooking utensils, coffee machine, kettle, etc.

The daylight bathroom has a shower, washbasin with mirror and vanity unit and a toilet.
There is a washing machine for shared use with another party in the basement.

There is a cupboard and a checkroom in the hallway.
A cellar compartment offers additional storage space.

Parking spaces are available in front of the house.

When moving out, a final cleaning fee of approx. 150.00 € will be charged at cost.
