The furnishing of the room consists of a Queen size box bed with bed base (1.40x2.00 m), bedside table, sideboard, 3-door wardrobe in high-gloss white and a desk with chair.

The separate, shared fitted kitchen is equipped with all utensils for daily use, such as a ceramic hob with extractor fan, oven, dishwasher, cooking utensils, fridge, microwave and a washing machine. The adjoining balcony for exclusive use with table and relax chairs invites you to relax.

The brightly tiled bathroom has a bathtub with shower device, washbasin with mirror and base cabinet as well as a bathroom high cupboard. The toilet is separate.

In the hallway there is a shared dining area with table top and stools, wardrobe and a wall mirror.

Parking spaces are available in front of the house, subject to availability.
