The separate, shared fitted kitchen is equipped with all utensils for daily use, such as a ceramic hob with extractor fan, oven, dishwasher, cooking utensils, fridge, microwave and a washing machine. A 2nd balcony for joint use is available.

The brightly tiled bathroom has a bathtub with shower device, washbasin with mirror and base cabinet as well as a bathroom high cupboard. The toilet is separate.
