The furniture of the living room consists of a red leather couch, coffee table, flatscreen TV, sideboard, a wardrobe and a chair.

The adjoining balcony with table and chairs invites you to linger.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80x2.00 m), a large glossy sliding door wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, air conditioning and a sideboard with chair.

The third room can be used as a guest room or second bedroom and has a single bed (0.90 mx 2.00 m), flat screen TV, a closet, chair and a chest of drawers.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with all utensils of daily needs such as ceramic hob with extractor, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle etc. A high table with 4 swivel chairs is also available. In the adjoining room is a glass table with 4 wicker chairs and a glass cabinet.

The brightly tiled daylight bathroom has a shower, a bath with shower attachment, sink with mirror and vanity unit. The toilet is separate.

From the corridor you can reach all rooms. This two stool has a small round table and a desk with chair.

The washing machine is for sharing in the basement.

Parking is available in front of the house sufficiently.

If you move out, you will be charged a final cleaning fee of approx. 250 €.
