Kitchen is furnished and equipped with everything for daily needs such as ceramic stove top, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric water kettle etc. Breakfast bar with 2 chairs is also available.

The light color tiled bathroom with window has a shower with glass walls, a wash basin with mirror cabinet, bathroom cabinet and a toilet.
Washing machine is available for shared use. Bi-weekly linen service is available after consultation.

Parking space is available in front of the building.

Upon move-out, a final cleaning fee of approx. € 150.00 based on cost and time will be charged.
