For rent is a furnished room with WLAN and parking space in a small and much cared for row house in Downtown Neumarkt, excellent connection to Autobahn towards Nürnberg.

Room is furnished with a double bed (1.4 m wide), a night stand, wardrobe with two white doors, an IKEA chest of drawers, desk with chairs and a swing chair with stool. A small table, floor lamp and a mirror are also available.

Bathroom with window is on the ground level of the house and will be shared with another tenant. It has a shower with glass walls, wash basin with console and mirror cabinet, a wooden cabinet and toilet.

Washing machine of landlord is available for use for an extra fee.

On the ground level are also the kitchen and dining room, which can be used upon request/agreement with landlord.

Parking space is available in front of the building and included in monthly rent. Shopping opportunities are within walking distance.

Upon move-out, a final cleaning fee of EUR 80.00 based on cost and time will be charged.

Monthly rent is all-inclusive and there are no extra costs.
