Living and bedroom area is furnished with a pull-out corner couch, glass coffee table, queen-size bed (1.6 m wide), wardrobe, shelf with large Smart flat screen TV and rocking chair.

Kitchen is furnished and equipped with everything for daily needs such as fridge, microwave, gas stove top, electric water kettle, pots, etc.

The stylish bathroom has been newly equipped (2016) and has a bathroom with shower equipment, wash basin, console, washing machine and toilet.

The open balcony is located in the entrance. Here is a table with two chairs. Balcony is inviting to a wonderful view towards Nürnberg Castle.

Hallway has an antique chest of drawers, chair, mirror and coat hooks.

Internet service is included in monthly rent.
Parking garage space (double parking) is available for EUR 120.00 per month.
Upon request, a basement storage shed is available.

Upon move-out, a final cleaning fee of € 250.00 based on cost and time will be charged.

Monthly rent is plus electricity and heating according to consumption. There is an extra charge for the 4th person in an amount of € 100.00. GEZ is matter of tenancy.
