The fitted kitchen is equipped with all utensils for daily use such as stove, refrigerator, dishes, coffee machine, kettle, etc. A dining table with large corner seat and chairs is also available.
The modern bathroom with window has a shower, sink, mirror, washing machine and toilet.
The property is located in the city centre with its numerous shopping facilities, cafés and restaurants.
Parking is available in the surrounding multi-storey car parks. Resident's cards can also be applied for at the city of Nuremberg.
A final cleaning fee of 200,00 € will be charged upon moving out.
