We rent a large, comfortably furnished room with Wi-Fi, private bathroom and balcony in an apartment building in Nuremberg/St.-Peter.

The room is furnished with a single bed (1,00x2,00 m), brown wall unit with flat screen TV and stereo, sofa with comfortable armchair, table and chairs, wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
The adjoining balcony has seating furniture, table and a sun lounger.

The separate bathroom is equipped with a large washbasin, toilet, mirror cabinet, etc. The own shower is also separate.

In the room there are dishes, glasses, cutlery, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave, in the adjoining room a refrigerator.

Bed linen and towels are provided and also washed.
A weekly cleaning service is included in the rent.

Within 10-15 minutes walking distance: city centre, public transport, leisure facilities (indoor swimming pool with sauna area, large park "Luitpoldhain" etc.)

!!! The room is rented exclusively to weekend drivers and smoking is not allowed !!

The indicated rent is inclusive of everything, there are no additional costs.
