Schleußig is located southwest of the city centre and is the only district in Leipzig that is almost completely surrounded by waterways and is therefore accessible exclusively via bridges. The largely self-contained Wilhelminian style buildings, the proximity to local recreation areas such as the Clara-Zetkin-Park, the Leipzig Auwald or Cospudener See as well as to the city centre make Schleußig an attractive residential area that is particularly appreciated by students and young families.

With a total living space of 90 m², the flat is divided on 2 levels into two bedrooms (with a 1.80m and a single bed, respectively), with a workspace on the gallery to work comfortably from home, a generously kept open living and dining area with dining table for 4 people, the kitchen (with dishwasher), a small balcony, the bathroom with bathtub (with washing machine) as well as a guest shower room.

An underground parking space is optionally available. Please ask the owner for availability. The fee for this is 150,- EUR and has to be paid in addition to the rent.

The rental price includes a weekly cleaning and a 14-day change of bed linen and is valid for 2 persons (more on request) and is plus the fees for electricity (billing according to consumption), heating flat rate (75,- EUR), cable TV (20,- EUR) and internet (25,- EUR).

The fee for the one-time final cleaning is to be paid by the tenant.

The broadcasting fee is registered and paid by the tenant.
