Schleußig is located southwest of the city centre and is the only district in Leipzig that is almost completely enclosed by waterways and can therefore only be reached via bridges. The largely self-contained Wilhelminian style buildings, the proximity to local recreation areas such as the Clara-Zetkin-Park, the Leipzig Auwald or Cospudener See as well as to the city centre make Schleußig an attractive residential area.

With a total living space of 90 m², the flat is divided into 2 levels. On the 2nd level there is the bedroom (with double bed 1.80m), the bathroom with tub and a workplace to work comfortably from home.

On the lower level, the generously open living area offers plenty of space, also for a dining table for up to 4 people. Also there is the kitchen (with dishwasher), a small balcony and a shower room (with washing machine).

An underground parking space is optionally available. Please ask the owner for availability. The fee for this is 150,- EUR and is to be paid in addition to the rent.

The rent includes a weekly cleaning and a 14-day bed linen change and is for 2 persons (more on request) plus the fees for electricity (billing according to consumption), heating flat rate (75,- EUR), cable TV (20,- EUR) and internet (25,- EUR).

The fee for the one-time final cleaning is to be paid by the tenant.

The broadcasting fee is registered and paid by the tenant.
