The spacious living room is furnished with a large leather corner couch (sofa bed for temporary use by guests), a workplace for working comfortably from home and a dining table for 3 people. Here is also the access to the balcony with a view into the greenery!

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.60 m).

The American kitchen is fully equipped (with dishwasher and washer-dryer).

The bathroom has a corner tub and shower.

A parking space in the courtyard is optionally available. Please ask the owner for availability. The fee for this is 70,- EUR and is to be paid in addition to the rent.

The rent is for 1 person (more on request) plus fees for electricity, internet (25,- EUR) and cable-TV (20,- EUR). *** During the HEATING PERIOD OCTOBER-APRIL the rent increases by 60,- EUR. ***

The fee for the one-time final cleaning is to be paid by the tenant.

The broadcasting fee is registered and paid by the tenant.
