The separate fitted kitchen is equipped with all utensils for daily use (excluding dishwasher).

The bathroom has a bathtub. A washing machine / dryer are available.

An underground parking space (duplex) belongs to the apartment. The fee for this is 100,- EUR and is to be paid in addition to the rent

The rental price is for 1 person (other on request) and is plus the fees for parking space (100,- EUR), electricity, internet (30,- EUR), cable TV (20,- EUR). *** During the HEATING PERIOD OCTOBER-APRIL the rent increases by 55,- EUR. ***
