The compact and largely car-free city centre is popular with locals and visitors. Those interested in shopping can expect short distances and an impressive passenger system.

The flat is located on the 4th floor (with lift) and has beautiful parquet flooring.

The light-flooded living area is furnished with, among other things, a comfortable sofa (sofa bed, for temporary use by guests), with a larger workstation for comfortable working from home as well as a dining group for 2 people.

The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1.60 m).

The kitchen adjoining the living room (separated by large glass doors) is fully equipped, including a dishwasher.

The bathroom has a bathtub / shower and a guest toilet.

A small utility room is available. Here you will find the washer-dryer.

All shops for daily needs are within walking distance.

An underground parking space is optionally available. Please ask the owner for availability. The fee for this is 150,- EUR and has to be paid in addition to the rent.

The rent is for 1 person (more on request) and is plus the fees for electricity, cable TV (19,- EUR), internet (35,- EUR). *** During the HEATING PERIOD OCTOBER-APRIL the rent increases by 60,- EUR. ***

The fee for the one-time final cleaning is to be paid by the tenant.

The broadcasting fee is registered and paid by the tenant.
