Shopping facilities and supermarkets are also available in the new media quarter. The Zentrum-Ost is a prestigious and inviting district.

The living room and bedroom, flooded with light through the many windows (with external blinds), offers a cosy sofa landscape. The slightly separated bed measures 140 x 200 cm and offers space for 2 persons. A dining table for 4 people has also been integrated into the living room.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. Washing machine use is possible in the laundry room of the house.

The rent is for 1 person (more on request) plus the fees for electricity, cable TV (20.- EUR) and internet (25,- EUR). *** During the HEATING PERIOD OCTOBER-APRIL the rent increases by 50,- EUR. ***

The fee for the one-time final cleaning is to be paid by the tenant.

The broadcasting fee is registered and paid by the tenant.
