The large living room is furnished with a sofa and a workstation. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and a dining table for up to 4 people.

The bathroom has a bathtub (with glass partition).

The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1.80 m).

All shops for daily needs are within walking distance.

An underground parking space is optionally available. Please ask the owner for availability. The fee for this is 150,- EUR and has to be paid in addition to the rent.

The fee for the one-time final cleaning is to be paid by the tenant.
