A baby travel cot is available if needed, as well as comforters and bed linen. Fitted kitchen with refrigerator incl. freezer, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and small dining table. In the daylight bathroom with bathtub are washing machine and dryer, the toilet is separate. The closet in the hallway offers generous storage space for cleaning utensils, ironing board, etc. The entire apartment is equipped with laminate flooring. A car parking space and WLAN are available free of charge. A private cellar and bicycle storage are available. The all-inclusive rent is 1.250,00 Euro for 2 persons including all additional costs (plus broadcasting fees, to be registered by the tenant). From the 3rd person a surcharge of 50,00 Euro per person and month is added. Upon moving out, a final cleaning fee of 25,00 Euro per hour will be charged.
