From the hallway you enter the large bedroom with access to the terrace. This is equipped with a double bed, closet, chest of drawers and a secretary. Directly opposite is the daylight bathroom with tub, washing machine and toilet. Next to the bathroom is the small but still fully equipped kitchen, a dishwasher is not available. The living-dining area, also with terrace access and views of the Säuling, offers a dining table with 4 chairs, a living wall with TV, sideboard and sofa bed. From here you can access the smaller bedroom, which is equipped with a bed as well as a closet. The entire apartment has exterior blinds. In the basement there is a drying room and storage for bicycles. The all-inclusive rent is 1.250,00 EUR incl. additional costs (excl. internet). The deposit is 2 flat monthly rents.
