The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of the house and is completely equipped with underfloor heating. It has a separate entrance and its own parking space directly in front of it. The 2-room non-smoking apartment offers room for 2 persons and has a large sunny terrace on which you can relax and enjoy the view of our local mountain, the Grünten. In the spacious living/dining area you will find a fully equipped kitchenette and a 55" flat screen TV with satellite connection, WLAN is also available. Bed linen and towels are available. The all-inclusive rent is 980,00 Euro (including all additional costs), plus 50,00 Euro per month if a second person moves in. The deposit is by arrangement and is between 1 and 3 months rent.
