The apartment is good for 1 person; visit possible. All shops for everyday use, as well as the public transportation are located nearby (City Galerie is just about 4 minutes to walk). An underground parking space belongs to the flat and is incl. in the rental price. The monthly rent is Euro 1215.- incl.; plus final cleaning (according to expense). Smoking and pets are not allowed inside the apartment. A private liability insurance is a prerequisite for a tenancy.
